Kachina Cantina is thrilled to announce that in partnership with Urban Farmer Denver, and Departure Denver (our fellow Sage Restaurant Group rock stars) along with WhistlePig Rye Whiskey (a Vermont-based whiskey distillery dedicated to the blending of high-quality whiskeys, farm-to-bottle ingredients, and innovative techniques). The first Here Series dinner is being brought to life.
Taking advantage of the beautiful Dairy Block renovations, and inviting guests to dine in the open air, among the energy of the city, dinner that will take place Saturday, September 29th from 6:30pm-8:30pm in the interactive alley behind our restaurant.
The menu will feature a curated selection of elevated dishes by Executive Chefs Denis Zvekic, Chris Starkus, and Khamla Vongsakoun (one of them being a whole roasted pig) and each course will be thoughtfully paired with either a whiskey cocktail or neat pour of WhistlePig’s aged rye blends.
