Kachina — a modern Southwestern restaurant that is rooted firmly in Westminster yet sits comfortably close to Denver and Boulder — just far enough away to escape the hype of the city and to sit down to something authentic. The Kachina spirit runs throughout the restaurant, from the location to the design, and especially in our Southwestern cuisine. Our chefs take diners on a true Southwestern culinary journey with dishes like jerky crusted elk tenderloin and the seven different types of Navajo tacos with house-made Native American flatbread.
