WHAT IS THIS LOYALTY PROGRAM FOR??
The Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program app or website are your ways to earn and redeem rewards at all participating Sage Restaurant Group restaurants. With the app, you can also view menus, link to reservations and delivery, and have exclusive access to offers for loyalty members.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Earn a point for every pre-tax dollar you spend at any of our participating SRG restaurants. Once you reach 250 points, you will receive a $25 reward, and your point balance will reset. Redeem your earned rewards at any of the participating Sage Restaurant Group locations.
HOW DO I JOIN?
To enroll in the Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program and begin earning Sage Restaurant Group rewards, download the App from Google Play or the Apple Store, and follow the steps below. You also have the option of joining the Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program at sagerestaurantloyalty.com.
Join through the Mobile App:
- Download the App from either Google Play or the Apple Store by searching for “Sage Restaurant Group” or “Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program” on your smartphone.
- Create an account by submitting your first and last name, phone number, email address, and password.
- As soon as you’re enrolled, you instantly earn 100 bonus points.
Join through the Sage Restaurant Group website:
- Go to sagerestaurantloyalty.com
- Click the link that says, “REGISTER”
- Create an account by submitting your name, phone number, email address, and password.
- As soon as your enrolled, you instantly earn 100 bonus points.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
As a benefit of being a member of the Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program, you can earn and receive points that will count towards SRG Loyalty Rewards. Members will earn one (1) point for each $1.00 (pre-tax) spent on food and beverage (points are not earned for tax and gratuity), up to a maximum of 1000 points per day. Points are not awarded for purchase of gift cards, private dining events, or merchandise. Sage Restaurant Group rewards accumulated under the Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program are promotional and have no cash value. There are no membership fees associated with the Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program.
HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?
Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program members will earn points towards Sage Restaurant Group rewards by making qualified purchases at participating Sage Restaurant Group restaurants or by emailing us a photo of your receipt and account phone number within 24 hours of your purchase. You may only earn a maximum of 1000 points in one day. After paying, your points will be applied to your Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program account. You can track your points and Sage Restaurant Group rewards by logging into your Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program account history.
HOW DO I EARN BONUS POINTS?
You may also receive an extra 50 points for every person you refer who joins and uses the Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program. Your extra points will be awarded when the referred member enrolls in the Loyalty Program using your invitation code and earns his/her first points by making a purchase at a participating SRG restaurant.? You can also give us your Sage Restaurant Group experience feedback for 25 points through the App or at SageRestaurantGroup.com by logging in, going to EARN, and giving us your feedback. There are also a few ways to earn bonus points through connecting and posting to Twitter or Instagram.
WHAT ARE THE REWARDS RULES?
By accumulating 250 points (pre-tax) in your Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty account, you will earn a $25.00 reward, which you may redeem at participating SRG restaurants. Rewards may not be used for gratuity, tax, private dining events, gift card, or cash back. You may redeem a maximum of $100 in rewards per day at a participating SRG restaurant. Rewards expire after 90 days. Once you earn a reward, you may start accumulating points towards another reward. A reward may not be combined with any other offer or coupon, however, you may combine and redeem multiple rewards at one time. If a purchase made with a reward is less than the amount of the reward, you may apply the remaining part of the reward towards a future purchase before its expiration date.
MY RECEIPT IS $15.74?
Do I get 15 points or 16 points? You will receive 16 points. Amounts are rounded to the nearest point amount. For example: amounts from $15.00 to $15.49 would round down to 15 points, but amounts from $15.50 to $15.99 would round up to 16 points.
I FORGOT TO USE MY LOYALTY ACCOUNT LAST NIGHT, CAN I STILL EARN POINTS?
You can! Please take a photo or scan your receipt and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your transaction and we will verify and, if applicable, credit loyalty points to your account.
CAN I REDEEM SAGE RESTAURANT GROUP REWARDS IMMEDIATELY AFTER EARNING THEM?
Yes, loyalty members may redeem a reward the same day they earned a Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty reward.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY SAGE RESTAURANT GROUP LOYALTY REWARDS?
During your visit to a Sage Restaurant Group participating location, tell your server or bartender that you are a loyalty member and provide your phone number linked to your loyalty account. Once your loyalty account has been assigned to your check, it will automatically discount your check the total reward amount up to $100 in rewards per day at a participating SRG restaurant. However, if you choose to keep the reward for another visit, you may, but remember it expires 90 days after the day you received the reward.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THE AMOUNT OF SAGE RESTAURANT GROUP REWARDS I CAN HAVE OR REDEEM?
You may redeem up to a maximum of $100 in rewards per day at a participating SRG restaurant. You may have up to a maximum of $500 in valid Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty rewards at a time.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Points do not expire.
WHAT IF I AM ALREADY A LEGACY RESTAURANT LOYALTY PROGRAM MEMBER?
Unfortunately, your current active rewards and points will not transfer to your new Sage Restaurant Group Loyalty Program account.
