We wanted to keep the love flowing throughout the month of February so Chef Matt and Master Sommelier Thomas Price have teamed up to bring together a match made in heaven – Pork & Pinot!  With world class vineyards a hop skip and a jump away we’ll be featuring four of Oregon’s finest and sneaking in a little something from California for a side by side Pinot Noir showdown. Along with the usual suspects of house charcuterie, sous vide coppa and bacon wrapped pork tenderloin Chef Matt will also be showing off his green thumb by integrating broccoli grown in his hydroponic underground urban garden as well as house-cultivated shiitake mushrooms incubated in the dining room into the menu. Did we mention Dungeness crab season just started? Plan ahead this year and give the gift of Pork & Pinot to your lucky Valentine!
