Nose-to-Tail Tequila Dinner at Kachina Cantina
Dinner is meant to be unique, memorable, and for exploring your palate through fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors.
Join us Wednesday, June 27th, 2018 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, and taste your way through four perfectly paired courses.
Chef Denis Zvekic will be preparing a whole pig here in-house with a vast variety of cooking techniques to bring out the many different flavors within the cuts. Along with the four courses, you will taste several Patrón tequilas including our unique barrel-aged Añejo. The Tequilas offered at the special dinner have been selected to pair with the specific cuts of meats — making it even easier for you to sit back, drink, eat, and enjoy. Additionally, there is a welcome cocktail along with a few culinary surprises to start the evening off with a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
