Ice Cream Cones are Back!
We can now officially say that summer is here with the arrival of Chef Gregory’s Second Annual Ice Cream Cone program. With two daily or weekly rotating flavors where both the ice cream and cone are vegan, vegans and health food lovers rejoice!
July 6th kicked off the program with a Coconut and Fermented Fruit Swirl, topped with Rooftop Flowers and Gold Leaf as well as a Golden Milk Ice Cream (traditionally coconut milk steeped with black pepper, turmeric and ginger) with Tamarind Glaze and Pineapple Crunch. All hail summer!
