It’s another September, and another Feast is upon us! This year we are honored to be participating in several wonderful events, including the big event of the week the Zero Proof Dinner.
Five sober chefs from across the country including Chef Gregory are coming together to promote and celebrate their lives of wellness and sobriety by bringing awareness to this growing global movement in the restaurant industry. Joining Chef Gregory are Gabriel Rucker of Le Pigeon, Andrew Zimmern, Sean Brock of Husk down south, and Michael Solomonov of Zahav in Philly. Evan Zimmerman from Knucklehead in Washington D.C will be curating the no-proof beverage pairing.
As Sean Brock put so eloquently, “I want sobriety to be something people are proud of rather than shameful of. The simple fact that you have made the decision to take better care of yourself? That should be the proudest day of your life.”
