Departure Spring Menu is Here!Monday, May 21, 2018
It’s Spring in Denver, which means it is time to add a few Spring items to our menu here at Departure Denver! These new menu items are so delicious, and we do not want you to miss out on them! One of our favorites includes the Grilled Octopus on our Starter Menu. The octopus is grilled to perfection and lays over peach curry, coconut cream and lime. It goes perfect with a glass of sauvignon being sipped on our patio!
Our next newest favorite it the Fried Chicken Bun. Similar to our short rib bun, this steamed bun featured fried chicken, yuzu slaw and jalapeno. We know it is going to be a crowd fave!
For the vegetarian or mushroom lovers we now have mushroom gyoza! It is complete with cucumber pickle and shiitake broth.
Whether you have never been to Departure or you are ready to check out one of these items or the other items that have been added for Spring we suggest that you stop by ASAP!
While you’re here, make sure to stop by Elevated Rooftop Bar! Elevated is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 4pm-11pm until June 1st. Starting June 1st, Elevated will be open 7 days a week!
