As we officially head into our fall and winter months, our summer season at Departure has been an absolute whirlwind of excellence! With the 2017 Compass Dinner Series bookending our marathon summer months- kicking off in July with Tokyo, and to completion at end of September- with a multi course homage to Vietnam. In between the buzz of our Compass Dinner Series, our incredible Departure team achieved some rather significant achievements and milestones along the way… In August our Culinary Team executed an exquisite 5 course dinner at the highly acclaimed, James Beard House in NYC. Also, in August, Chef Erin Koroll and her dedicated pastry team won Best Dessert, at the 9th Annual Cherry Creek North- Food and Wine event! Now to really go out with a bang… Departure Denver received the extreme honor of being named on 5280’s, “The 25 Best Restaurants in Denver, 2017”!
