Meet Emma from Temple Downtown in Providence, RI Question: When did you join Sage Restaurant Group?
Emma: Joined Temple Downtown in February 2011. Her manager, Michelle says she is bright & extremely knowledgeable about the business.
Question: What are your favorite foods and drinks at Temple Downtown, Mediterranean Cuisine & Mixology?
Emma: The Mason Jar is my favorite drink currently, it includes Ketel One vodka, ginger puree muddled with fresh limes and simple syrup, topped off with ginger beer. My favorite entrée is our newest addition to the menu, Seared Sea Scallops with cracked pepper risotto and Temple Caponata.
Question: Where did you work before you joined SRG?
Emma: Before I joined Temple I worked at Arundel Warf in Kennebunkport.
Question: What do you like to do when you are not at the place for Mixology & Mediterranean cuisine in Providence, RI?
Emma: When I am not working 40 hours a week at Temple I enjoy hiking, a day at the beach and of course bar hopping and enjoying the local restaurants. Her manager Michelle says she is one of Temple’s “shining stars” and they couldn’t be happier to have her with them!
