Celebrate this Turkey day the Kachina way! Cooking is not for everyone and Kachina’s Executive Chef wants to help in making your holiday feast memorable, care free, and above all tasty! We are taking advantage of the cozy southwestern escape Kachina as to offer combined with the energy LoDo nights bring to the table and inviting you to spend the special evening with all of us!
Kachina’s Thanksgiving dinner will take place November 22nd from 11am to 7:30pm.
Of course, we are keeping some of the classic Thanksgiving items but adding a southwestern flair to the plate! The festive menu will feature Roasted Achiote marinated turkey breast along with a confit turkey leg. Accompanying the moist bird will be green Chile whipped potatoes (there’s that flair!) and pan gravy to top it all off with! Daintier Thanksgiving sides include cranberry compote, cornbread stuffing, and esquites- a delicious Mexican corn salad!
While enjoying the feast, new cocktails have been added the menu to enhance your meal! Our Spiked Apple Margarita made with house infused apple cinnamon Olmeca Altos Blanco Tequilawith a cinnamon and sugar rim pairs perfectly with the occasion.
It although is not a holiday celebration without finishing off your courses with the most important one, dessert! Our in-house pastry chef has perfected the Mexican Chocolate Pecan Pie, it is a must to complete the dinner!
