Friday September 21st, marked the inaugural “Flavors of Michigan” Dinner in conjunction with the pilot episode of the PBS show “Great Lakes, Great Taste”.
Over a year in the making, Toasted Oak, and Executive Chef Steven Grostick were featured in a Detroit PBS documentary covering everything to do with the food culture of Michigan.
