General Manager of The Corner Office Restaurant + Martini Bar

Jerome Fosset

Jerome Fosset has been with The Nines Hotel for almost three years as the director of banquets in Portland, a hotel managed by Sage Hospitality. While at The Nines, Fosset set the standard for innovative experiences and high quality food and beverage services for hotel guests. He was also integral to the opening of The Original in Portland, one of the city’s most beloved and well-reviewed establishments.

Fosset will bring The Corner Office’s global street cuisine, specialty cocktails and renowned events to a new level.
“I’m thrilled to move my family to Denver and take on the roll of general manager for The Corner Office – the previous manager and her team have made it one the best places in Denver for events, parties, food and socializing,” said Fosset. “What’s more, The Corner Office is perfectly positioned among the burgeoning 14th street corridor. I am confident the restaurant will only continue on its positive trajectory within Denver’s thriving restaurant scene.”

Before joining SRG, Fosset was the restaurant manager at Hotel Sofitel in New York City, the director of events at Hotel Sofitel in Los Angeles, and dining manager at Hotel Sofitel in Lafayette Square, D.C.
